Employee attitudinal outcomes are integral to the organization’s stability and functional coherence. Such dispositions toward organization significant others imperative for health overall cohesion of workplace. This paper identified effective leadership as playing a crucial role in perceptions expectations workers thus impacting on employee outcomes. The was designed theoretical paper, specifically structured discuss concepts (leadership focus, communication, responsiveness) (employee job commitment, satisfaction, involvement) from perspective premised within contingency theory leadership. Following literature review, responsiveness enabling improved connectedness relationship between leaders their employees.
